For Male Mental Health Month this May, Casey Lyons from LIVIN has taken on the challenge of walking 9,000 steps every day for a month. Casey is no stranger to advocating for male mental health awareness.

When approached by LIVIN to participate in a 30 day walking challenge as part of their initiative, he jumped at the opportunity.
