Among them are Cody Butler and Josh Bancroft, both former Conservative activists who grew increasingly disillusioned with their old party's rightward drift.
Butler, 21, was once chair of the One Nation Conservative Network but resigned in July after feeling that centrists and remainers were no longer welcome within the Tory fold.
