At the Access Canada Summit last week, Coco Mao, co founder and CEO of OpenArt AI, introduced her company's new tool, Director, which generates videos from prompts and scripts using AI.
Mao acknowledged that there is still a long way to go before AI replaces live film production entirely. "I see this industry going to a combination of live production and AI enhancement," she said.
