I'm really concerned about what's going on at DSTL right now

. It's unacceptable that staff morale is plummeting and people are feeling demotivated just because of a reorganisation programme

. Like, I get it, change can be tough, but should we have to sacrifice our well-being for the sake of some fancy restructuring?

Not cool, imo.
And what's up with the whole "health and safety concerns" thing? Are they trying to avoid some kind of scandal or something? It seems like a bunch of corporate BS to me

. The fact that DSTL is one of the lowest-performing organisations in terms of staff safety concerns should be taken super seriously, don't you think?
I mean, I get it, the MoD is trying to downplay the damage and all, but let's not pretend like everything is fine just because they're not making a big deal about it

. We need more transparency here, especially when it comes to something as critical as national security

.
It's also kinda sad that the whistleblower had to go rogue to bring this stuff to light

. Like, shouldn't we be able to trust our government agencies to do their jobs without having to resort to whistleblowers?
