u guys gotta ask yerself if just 'cause someone's got a purple heart & served in the army makes them above the law? I mean, yeah Jonathan Ross has some serious cred under his belt, but that don't automatically give him permission to take someone's life on the street. The fact that he was part of the ICE hiring surge is even more shady, 'specially since he wasn't even part of it at first. It just seems like a whole lot of coincidences that this guy gets to keep flying under the radar while his colleagues get fired for being one degree off from following procedure...
what's goin on here?? ICE officer with a long history of service & awards is involved in fatal shooting of woman on duty... sounds like military training might not be enough for civilian policing
Ross was vetted by the agency, but some question whether he's still qualified to carry out his duties meanwhile, court records show he had a previous incident where he used Taser on driver... maybe training needs an upgrade?
man this guy's history is wild he was a war vet & had all these medals, but it seems like his whole career is kinda tainted now. i mean, breaking into a car window wasn't cool and then to use tasers on someone who's just trying to get away from you? that's not right at all. and now this woman ends up dead & his actions are being questioned it's like he thought he was above the law or something because of his experience. but let's be real, having a bunch of medals doesn't make someone a hero, it just makes them a person with a lot of training
like wow... just what we need, another "hero" with a long history of violence ... i mean, who needs training on de-escalation when you've got experience with machine guns and combat logistical patrols? also, i'm sure the fact that he's a war veteran has absolutely nothing to do with the outcome... just his super cool Taser skills
man this is so sad . i cant even imagine how renรฉe nicole good's family is dealing with this . a guy who served in iraq and has been working for ice for years, and he loses control like that? it just dont make sense. hes got all these awards and medals, but didnt that prepare him to handle a situation where someone was scared and trying to get away from him?
i also feel bad for the guy who broke the window in his car in june... thats a whole different story tho. maybe hes just having some personal issues or somethin? idk. all i know is that we gotta be careful with our law enforcement officers, 'specially when they're dealing with situations where people are scared and tryin to protect themselves .
anywayz, my heart goes out to renรฉe's fam right now
I'm just so confused by this whole thing . I mean, this guy's got like a million awards for being good at his job or whatever, but somehow he still manages to kill someone? It's not like he was in the heat of battle or anything, he was just doing his "job" as an ICE officer on a snowy street. And what even is this "higher value target" business? Sounds like some kind of cop out to me . I don't get why he wasn't held accountable for breaking that car window 7 months earlier, and now he's just getting a free pass because of his military background? Not buying it. And what about the other officer who helped him grab the door handle? Were they in on some kind of secret plan to take out this woman? It's all just so suspicious...
